Online transaction charges are not included in the Rehabilitation Center charges. Applicable charges for Net Banking, Credit Cards, or Debit Cards may vary and are subject to change as per RBI notifications.
All rules related to charges and billing, as mentioned in the official Rehabilitation Center billing policy, shall remain applicable.
Payments made through Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking may take 3–4 working days to reflect in the Rehabilitation Center’s account. It is the sole responsibility of the patient or payer to ensure that payments are made in a timely manner.
Mrinaljyoti Rehabilitation Centre shall not be responsible for:
Payments that are not settled or are delayed due to any technical or banking issues.
Any payment that is declined or refused by the credit/debit card issuer or payment gateway.
The Rehabilitation Center does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the online payment system at all times.
Mrinaljyoti Rehabilitation Centre will not be liable for any waiver of late charges or penalties in the event an online payment fails on the last due date.
Important: It is strongly advised to make payments well before the due date, either through Online or Offline methods, to avoid delays or complications
