Hearing Impairment is very high in Dibrugarh & Tinsukia District of Assam and Arunachal Pradesh and Hundreds of Children come for admission. To open a school for the Hearing Impaired Children, we have to appoint a Speech Therepist and at least five Special Educator(sign language) in the school for which we have to arrange Rupees Ten Lakhs annualy. Opening of such a school would help the Hearing Impaired Children to get normal course and woule be able to study in Higher Institutions.
